Refund and Cancellation Policy
Croma Digital Ltd (“Croma Digital,” “we” or “us”) is a service-based business, and due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer any refunds or money back for any of our services once work has commenced. You can’t exactly “return” our services.
Your success is our priority. All our efforts are dedicated to offering you the best possible service in a timely and efficient manner, and always to your satisfaction. We strive to achieve your goals as a partnership and connect your business with consumers in a straightforward and cost-effective way.
We can’t guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of our services. But, if you change your mind after paying us for a certain service, then we will act only on the policy outlined here. We will only refund or cancel services according to the following guidelines:
Croma Digital will refund you in full if a project has not started within 30 days of making payment.
In the event that incorrect information has been provided to us by you, Croma Digital does not offer any refunds or money back for services once work has commenced and/or has been completed.
If you decide not to start the project at all, you may ask for a full refund within 24 hours (only) of making payment. If the project has not commenced during this 24-hour period, Croma Digital will deduct any expenses, charges, and admin fees incurred and refund you accordingly.
If you commence a monthly or yearly service with us and request the service to be canceled, you must notify Croma Digital at least 30 business days prior to the next billing period (“notice period”), or unless otherwise noted in your Contract or Service Agreement with us.
If you request a cancellation of service and your account has been incorrectly charged after the notice period, we will refund 100% of that amount.
Croma Digital does not offer any refunds for funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered, or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Croma Digital, and refunding them causes any loss to Croma Digital.
If you don’t want to continue using any of our services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments, or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us. Be sure to include your full name, company name, and the service you want to be canceled.
*All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid until you receive confirmation from our accounts department. The confirmation email given by our Accounts department will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
We strongly believe that our services will be beneficial to your business. We always strive to make your digital experience more enjoyable.
We reserve the right to modify any provisions of this Refund Policy without any notice.
